Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It is your responsibility to make sure you order correct size as our club kit is made to order. If you have ordered the wrong size then sorry but that’s your fault and we are not as a club responsible due to your error.

However in a show of good faith if you have ordered any yellow kit, the club will take it back (subject to size and if the club knows it could be re-sold) and allow you to order a replacement. Any other club colour unfortunately will not be taken back at the present time.


We will only offer a refund should the item you have ordered be damaged or faulty and you have rejected option of a replacement item.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and bring item to a club night.


To return your product, you should bring it to club night. Or post it back to Stocksbridge Running Club, 53 Harvey Street, Deepcar, Sheffield, S36 2QB

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
